30 Minutes Meals

We’ve all been there, asking ourselves the same question:

“What do I make for dinner?”

By the time we leave work, go to the store, get home, the last thing we want to do is spend hours in the kitchen cooking!  Well here are some of my favorite meals that take 30 minutes or less!

Taco Salad

For a different twist on Taco Night, why not turn those shells into edible bowls.  You don’t need a specialized gadget; all you need is aluminum foil, a cookie sheet and cooking spray.  It takes only 10 minutes!  Cook the meat while the shells are in the oven, and everything is done before you know it!  Everyone can create their own salad bowl the way they like it!

Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Spaghetti with Spicy Italian Sausage, Pepper and Parsley

Got leftover sausages from last night’s BBQ? Well why not throw it in a pasta! Honestly, this is maybe one of my FAVORITE pasta’s I’ve ever made.  It was full of flavor, quick, and without the use of butter or cream!

Herb-Crusted Salmon

This recipe needs very little ingredients – most you should already have in your pantry!  With less than 10 minute Prep Time and 12 minutes in the oven, you will be sure to have this ready to serve before the end of your favorite sitcom. (Mine’s the Big Bang Theory!)

Sesame Seared Tuna with Garden Fresh Cilantro

This recipe can be described in 3 words:  Quick. Fresh. Delicious.

That’s is all!

Prosciutto-Wrapped Scallops with Rosemary

This appetizer is too good to pass up!  I love simple things with a WOW factor.  Want to impress your guests without spending too much time in the kitchen?  Well these scallops are amazing, and always turn out great!

Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Ok – I will admit this one may take more than 30 minutes, but it’s one of those recipes that it’s so easy to prepare that I couldn’t leave it off the list.  The prep time takes 10 minutes and all you have to do is throw it in the oven – that’s it!  While it’s in the oven cooking, you have time to sit, relax, sip on some wine/beer and just wait for the Beep! of the timer to go off.
