Honey-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

This is a go to, never fail recipe.  I always get nervous cooking for people for the first time – this is always the meal I make them because
I know it taste good and always turns out.

Ingredients
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Orange Juice
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 1/4 lbs Pork Tenderloin
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven at 450F  In a bowl, mix the honey, orange juice, Dijon and soya sauce together.  Season the pork tenderloin, place in a roasting pan and pour honey sauce over tenderloin.  Roast for 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and baste with the honey sauce.  Reduce the heat to 350F and continue roasting for 45 minutes.  Based occasionally (I did every 10 minutes)
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.  You can use the remaining sauce left in the roasting pan to pour over tenderloin when served.
