Slow Cooked BBQ Ribs

Since it was raining when I cooked these, I decided to slow cook them in the oven at a low temperature.
The Rub
I mixed a combination of spices together and rubbed it all over the ribs. In a roasting pan with the wire rack, I put some beer at the bottom of the pan and set the ribs on top, covering them with aluminum foil.
After letting those cook for 2 1/2 hours (they’re starting to brown) at a low temp of 250F in the oven, I based them with my own BBQ sauce, recovered them with the foil, turned up the heat to 350F and let them cook for another hour.

After an hour, I removed them, gave them another coat of sauce and put them back in, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes. Once they were done, I removed them from the oven, cut them into individual ribs, brushed them with a tad more sauce, and ready to serve!
