Gourmet Bruschetta Pizza
Homemade pizza is always fun to make, the options are endless! This is one of my favorite combinations but here are a few other ones I love: Grilled Primavera , Rustic Sausage, and Chicken Bacon BBQ Pizza
Pizza Dough (Homemade recipe or store bough)
Bruschetta Mix (diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, olive oil & basil or you can use Classico Basil & Tomato Bruschetta)
Asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
Pre-heat oven at 450°F.
Roll out each piece of dough to about 1/8” thick – into which ever shape you want (round, square, rectangular, unicorn, etc… 🙂
Place the dough on a pan or pizza stone. Brush with oil and top with bruschetta mix, asparagus, parm & goat cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes until pizza is puffed and the crust is crisp and golden on the sides and bottom.
Top with prosciutto slices.
