So we’ve all see the commercial, and I must say that these Decadent Molten Chocolate Chip Cookie are maybe the most amazing thing since sliced bread!!  Just 40-55 seconds and you have a wonderful, gooey, chocolatey goodness!!

They also have The Decadent Molten Chocolate Cakes – which I could also describe as heaven on a plate!!

I really suggest that everyone give these a try!

So I FINALLY got to use my Rachael Ray Stoneware Lasagna Lover dish!! I’ve been wanting this dish for months now, and since they don’t have them here in Canada, or ship to Canada, I decided it was time for a Syracuse Shopping Trip!

I bought one… not only did I find it, it was ON SALE!!!!! and the very last one!  (It was meant to be!)

This dish is absolutely beautiful! Makes nice deep lasagnas and it’s presents it beautifully!

Everyone should have one!

Lamb Shank

Lamb Shank – My Favorite Recipe!

So  for my birthday, I decided I wanted to make one of my favorite meals –  Lamb Shank.
From the empty plates, I believe it was a hit!
So I started off by dusting the shanks with flour and browned them.
I  removed the shanks and in the same pot, cooked onions,  carrots, rosemary, thyme and garlic until tender.  I then added a bit of  tomato paste
I  then re-added the shanks, a tad of flour, chicken stalk and red wine.   Once all mixed, I let the whole thing simmer for 2 hours.  Once done, I  took the shanks out, covered them with foil and thickened the sauce.
Then served!
We also had the pleasure of enjoying a bottle of Moet Chandon directly from France!!
