A good way to start any meal, or for a quick snack.  This is always a go to in my house, it’s quick, it’s easy and it’s very delicious!

1 PC Blue Menu Stone-Baked Flat Bread1 can of Diced Tomatoes, drained
1/4 of an Onion, diced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove of Garlic, minced
2 tbsp of Goat Cheese
Salt & Pepper, to tasteFresh Basil, chopped

Pre-heat your oven at 400°F.  Lay the flat bread on a greased cookie sheet.   Mix the tomatoes, onions, and garlic in a mixing bowl.  Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the tomato mixture on top of the flat bread, right to the ends.  Top with goat cheese.  Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until flat bread is crispy.

Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil.  Cut into wedges or slices and serve.
