This recipe is very simple, and doesn’t require much work from the chef. The oven will do it all for you.
INGREDIENTS
6 Pork Chops
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Ketchup
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
Trim the pork chop of excess fat. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and ketchup.
Dip the pork chops in the marinating sauce to coat well and place in a medium baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the sauce on the pork chop and bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Flip the chops and spread with the remaining sauce. Continue to bake for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature of the chops have reached 160F.
These look deliciuos!
Great recipe! Very good and very easy. I do have to say though, make double the amount of marinade. I didn’t have enough for my last pork chop, let alone half to put on before going into the over and another half on the flip side. I did use 6 med pork chops so they weren’t even that large. Bon appetit!!
