8 frozen chicken tenders
4 large burrito-sized tortillas
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
¼ cup shaved parmesan cheese
4 strips of bacon
Cook chicken tenders as directed on packaging.
Meanwhile, cook the bacon. When cooked to desired crispiness, cut bacon into pieces. Set aside.
When the chicken is done, mix the roman lettuce, bacon bits and parmesan in a bowl. Drizzle Caesar dressing, enough to coat everything. Mix well.
Place a tortilla on a large cutting board, add about ½ cup of the Caesar salad mixture to the tortilla. Top the salad with the 2 chicken tenders. Fold the two sides of the tortilla in over the fillings, then roll up. Slice down the center before serving.
