Some kitchen purchases are worth waiting for, and apparently, some are even worth crossing the border for!
I’d had my eye on the Rachael Ray Stoneware Lasagna Lover for months, but there was one little problem, I couldn’t find it in Canada, and shipping wasn’t an option. So naturally, what better excuse for a shopping trip to Syracuse?
And wouldn’t you know it, not only did I finally find one, but it was the very last one in the store AND it was on sale! Clearly, it was meant to be.
I finally got the chance to put my new dish to use, and I absolutely love it. It’s beautiful, the deep design is perfect for making a hearty, layered lasagna, and it looks just as good on the dinner table as it does coming out of the oven.
There’s something satisfying about finding a kitchen item you’ve wanted for ages and discovering that it actually lives up to your expectations.
My verdict? Definitely one of my favourite kitchen finds. Sometimes it’s the little things that make cooking even more enjoyable!
