Last night I couldn’t decide what to make for dinner, I had so many ideas running through my head – therefore, I decided: Why not make Tapas!
Tapas – a wide variety of appetizers, or snacks…. The serving of tapas is designed to encourage conversation because people are not so focused upon eating an entire meal that is set before them.
So last night I served:
Sesame Crusted Tuna with Sweet Chili Soy Sauce on a bed of Cucumber Apple Slaw
Bruschetta Flatbread
Spicy Mango and Lime Shrimp Cocktail
Pan Fried Asiago and Garlic Round Ravioli in Aglio Oili, topped with Sundried Tomato Pesto
Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus
Spinach, Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad with Candied Pecans
