Pecan Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Corn Syrup
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 tsp Salt
1/3 cup melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs
2 cups Pecans
1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts or your favorite crust recipe

DIRECTIONS

Pre-heat oven at 350°F.  Mix corn syrup, brown sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.  Beat eggs and add to mixture.  Pour filling into a pie crust.  Place pecans on top of mixture.  Cook 1 hour 10 minutes.

*After cooking for 30 minutes, put foil around the edge of the pie crust to prevent the crust from burning
