I had a gathering this weekend for the holidays, but with all the cleaning, making sure everything was in place, I really didn’t have that much time to do all the cooking and prep work I would have liked to do. So that’s why I turned to PC – their products are so good and take no time to prepare. They have such an assortment of many different things to choose from, and really make your life much easier when there’s so much work to do.

Here’s my menu:

Honey Garlic Meat Balls – I used PC Angus Beef Balls and my favorite Honey Garlic Sauce

PC Fruit and Cheese Phyllo Appetizers – Cranberry & Brie, Apple & White Cheddar, and Mango and Goat Cheese

PC French Quiches – Quiche Florentine and Quiche Lorraine

Veggies & Dip – You can get pre-made trays at the grocery store is you really want to make it easier on yourself

Salmon Ball & Crackers – This is a family recipe, I can’t give it away.. sorry 🙂

Sandwiches – Egg, Tuna and Ham

Fruit Platter – Again, you can get pre-made trays

Shrimp Cocktail – I served both a traditional cocktail sauce and a Mango Lime Salsa for the shrimp
