Homemade pizza is always fun to make, the options are endless! This is one of my favorite combinations.
Pizza Dough (Homemade recipe or store bough)
1 cup Pesto sauce (I like to use Classico Pesto Basil Sauce)
Grilled vegetables (red peppers, onion, zucchini, and broccoli)
Chicken Breast, cooked and sliced
Pre-heat oven at 450°F.
Roll out each piece of dough to about 1/8” thick – into which ever shape you want (round, square, rectangular, unicorn, etc… 🙂
Place the dough on a pan or pizza stone. Brush with oil and top with Pesto sauce, grilled veggies, chicken and goat cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes until pizza is puffed and the crust is crisp and golden on the sides and bottom.
Top with arugula.
