Homemade pizza is always fun to make, the options are endless! This is good one when I have left over chicken in the fridge.
INGREDIENTS
Pizza Dough (Homemade recipe or store bough)
1 cup Pizza Sauce
Chicken, cooked and roughly chopped
Bacon, chopped and cooked
Red Onion
Cheese Blend (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Mozza)
BBQ Sauce
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven at 425°F.
Roll out each piece of dough to about 1/8” thick – into which ever shape you want (round, square, rectangular, unicorn, etc… 🙂
Place the dough on a pan or pizza stone. Brush with oil and top with sauce, chicken, bacon, red onions and cheese. Bake for 15 – 18 minutes until pizza is puffed and the crust is crisp and golden on the sides and bottom.
Drizzle with BBQ sauce.
