Garlic Knots

Who doesn’t love garlic bread? Garlic knots are a fun twits on your traditional garlic bread. You can use pizza dough or store-bought biscuit or crescent roll dough.

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pizza, biscuit or crescent roll dough

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 F.  Oil a baking sheet with oil nonstick pray.

Mix together the butter, parmesan, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.

Form the dough into a large rectangle.  Cut 1 inch strips.  Roll each strip into a rope and tie it into a knot, tucking the ends.

Place knots onto the baking sheet and brush each knot with half of the butter mixture. Bake the knots in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the knots are golden brown.

With the knots out of the oven, brush the remaining butter mixture on the knots and serve.
