Margarita Pizza

You can make your pizza as complicated or creative as you’d like. Sometimes simple is the best way to go.

INGREDIENTS

Pizza Dough (Homemade recipe or store bough)
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
Bocconcini cheese, slices
Fresh basil leaves

DIRECTIONS

Pre-heat oven at 425°F.

Roll out the dough to your desired thickness. I personally like my margarita pizza thin crust.

Place the dough on a pan or pizza stone. Spread the sauce on the dough, leaving space for the crust on the edges. Place the cheese slices over the the sauce. Brush the edges (crust area) with olive oil.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is crisp and golden on the sides and bottom.

Top with the fresh basil leaves.
