Thanks to Martha Stewart, I found this recipe and had to try it. What wouldn’t be great about it?!
Brie… spinach.. chicken.. Awesome!!
Here I spread Dijon Mustard on the chicken, and topped it with chopped spinach, brie and salt and pepper.
After rolling the chicken and securing it with a toothpick, I cooked it 8-10 minutes under the broiler.
The Orzo (a rice shaped pasta) was nice and light. This whole dish got be 2 thumbs up from my guinea pig that night!
