This is a meal that is ready in 30 minutes! Its easy, it’s tasty, and you can use any fish or herbs.
½ cup chopped Parsley
¼ cup chopped Dill
1 Lemon, cut in slices
1 tbsp butter, divided
Pre-heat oven at 425F. Mix parsley, dill, 1 tbsp olive oil and some lemon juice together.
Take a piece of aluminum foil (large enough to cover a or 2 fillets) and oil it with olive oil. Place a few piece of dill in the middle.
Lay the trout, skin side down, on top of the dill. Place a few dabs of butter and cover with herb mixture on top of trout. Finish by placing a slice of lemon.
Close foil like a tent. Start with the longer sides, and close the ends. Place on a cookie sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
When cooked, remove trout from foil and pour remaining juices on top.
*You can serve the trout in the foil – if done with individual fillets. Your guys can remove the fish from the foil and pour the juices over their fish.
