Simple ingredients makes a wonderful appetizer! This is why I love Gordon Ramsay’s recipes – they are simple, easy, and very delish! These scallops are great if you’re entertaining, they take a total of 10 minutes to make!
INGREDIENTS
6 Jumbo Scallops – cleaned and muscle removed
6 slices of Prosciutto
6 wedges of Brie
6 Springs of Rosemary
Olive Oil
6 slices of Prosciutto
6 wedges of Brie
6 Springs of Rosemary
Olive Oil
DIRECTION
This is the simplest way to make an appetizer! Preheat your oven to 400F. Assemble the scallops as followed. Place a piece of brie on the top of the scallop.
Wrap a piece of prosciutto around the scallop. Use 1 rosemary spring to keep it together.
*We cut a small slice on the side of the prosciutto, inserted the base of the spring inside and tucked the other end to secure it.
Place in oiled pan, drizzle oil on top of the scallops and bake for 4-6 minutes (until scallops are firm to the touch)
