I don’t know about you, but every time I’m at the grocery store, I always pass by the Club House Spice mixtures – and they have always peaked my interest. I was having one of those days where the last thing I wanted to do is make yet another decision about what to make for dinner! I went straight to the spice aisle, and looked at my options. The Asian Sesame Salmon was the winner – simple, little ingredients and quick. Here are the results to my Club House Asian Sesame Salmon….. I would strongly recommend everyone to give them a try! It was DELICIOUS!
Club House Asian Sesame Salmon Spice Mix Includes:
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seed
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Onion
3/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
1/3 cup honey (I used Maple Syrup instead)
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 lbs. salmon fillets
Roast salmon in preheated 375 degree oven 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
