Walnut-Crusted Chicken

So, I must say, this turned out to be so much better than I thought. The walnuts keep the moisture inside the chicken making it so moist! It was delicious! NOTE: I’ve also made this using pecans instead and topped it with a maple pecan sauce! It was SUPERB!

Spinach and Brie Stuffed Chicken

Thanks to Martha Stewart, I found this recipe and had to try it. What wouldn’t be great about it?! Brie… spinach.. chicken.. Awesome!!
