Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Spaghetti with Spicy Italian Sausage, Pepper and Parsley

Super quick and full of flavor.  Definitely a new favorite in my house!

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg  CATELLI BISTRO®  Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Spaghetti1 finely chopped onion
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 Italian sausages, cooked and diced
1 each: red and yellow pepper, sliced
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1  cup chicken stock 

DIRECTIONS

Cook fettuccine according to package directions.

Sauté onion in oil until tender. Add sausage, peppers and parsley; sauté 1-2 minutes.

Stir in stock; simmer 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt.

Toss hot fettuccine with sausage mixture and serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
