Yesterday, I got 3 more recipes down. My family came to visit from out of town and I invited them to be my guinea pigs. These recipes were very time consuming, but what else do you have to do on a Sunday afternoon?! You make garlic bread and homemade ravioli from scratch!
I’m always looking for new recipes, and this one comes from inspiration from a box of dried pasta. It originally has ground chicken as the meat and bok choy, but since I had neither, it came time to improvise. It was a very different tasting pasta dish, but quite delicious. Friendly reminder… Just make sure you don’t over power it with the ginger! 🙂
A combination of some of my favorite ingredients. This dish is very simple and quick. Bon appetit! Keep in mind that I don’t cook with recipes and my measurements are approximations of what I used.
As much as I love my Spinach & Sausage Lasagna, sometimes the traditional lasagna is what we crave. Instead of using traditional béchamel sauce, I changed it up by adding some cheddar, making it extra cheesy.
